KEVIN JACOBSEN O.A.M. (Biography in brief)

Kevin has made an indelible impact on the music and entertainment arenas in Australia and his productions have touched the lives of people
around the world. From his instrumental role in establishing Australia’s national leading new music radio station JJJ, to the diverse range of live and
televised events, he has helped shape the lives
and livelihoods of many in Australia and beyond. Beginning as an accountant Kevin’s outstanding
career has been as a musician, theatrical agent, artist manager, venue developer, venue operator, promoter and producer whose passion and vision
has led him to the top in each respective field. His integrity and commitment to excellence has earned the respect of his peers and the confidence
of the public alike.

In 2011 Kevin was Guest Lecturer at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) where he lectured in Events Management. 
Kevin’s expertise in concerts, theatre and special events formed the basis for lecture topics including Venue Management; Event Operations
and Logistics; Stage, Sound, and Lighting Considerations for large scale events; Marketing Funding and Sponsorship Considerations for large scale
international events; Event Production and Design.  ICMS caters for students from 50 countries and graduates hold positions in recognised companies
such as Google, the Reserve Bank of Australia, Hilton Hotels in London and Shanghai, the Australian Institute of Sport and the Winter Olympics.
